Note: Indiana Attorney ethical laws correctly forbid attorneys from flaunting their records in advertisements because such self-laudatory flaunting can mistakenly make a potential client believe that a particular result is guaranteed by past performance.  However, if a client requests specific information about past cases including charges and verifiable case names, an attorney may, upon request, provide that information.
